The instrument is part
of the education.
At the piano, students develop not only their hands but their ears. That is why, in choosing the pianos we use at Bemol, we pay close attention to the sensitivity of the keys, their response and the quality of the sound.
Being able to hear clearly and accurately the sound that a movement produces is an important part of musical development. A student who hears their own sound well also learns to control their movements more consciously.
We have prepared our rooms so that students can hear their own sound clearly, with as little distraction from outside noise as possible. Every room has the same piano and the same basic working setup.
So even when the room changes, the learning environment does not.
02
Music at the centre of attention
We know how easily children’s attention can wander. That is why we designed our rooms with a simple, calm approach, free of unnecessary colour and visual clutter.
We made the piano the protagonist of every room.
We wanted the space not to draw attention to itself, but to let the student give their attention to the music.
03
A pause for parents, too
While your child is in a lesson, you too can step away from everyday life for a while.
A coffee, a little music, a few pages of a book… A small pause from everyday life.
04
Music has a memory.
Who knows whose hands have touched these pages…
A memory that carries, on every page, the loves, sorrows, laughter and tears it has accompanied.
05
The many languages of art
The language of art changes; its essence does not.
In one place it becomes sound; in another, form.
